Martín Polo
Professional Biography
Martin is from Pergamino, an agricultural region of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He's been working in and around agriculture-related fields his whole life, including companies Sursem and Pioneer. He studied agronomy at the University of Rosario. He moved to Lexington in 2015 and joined the UK Extension Vegetable program with Rachel Rudolph in 2022. Martin implements research projects and manages the day-to-day needs and operations of the program at the UK Horticulture Research Farm.
